5. Orders and Payment

Placing an order through the Platform constitutes an intent to complete payment using the selected payment method.

Some payment methods may involve manual or asynchronous confirmation. In such cases, orders may be created prior to payment confirmation and processed once payment is verified.

Nova Amino reserves the right to cancel, delay, or refuse any order at its discretion, including in cases of payment issues, availability constraints, or compliance concerns.

6. Returns & 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Nova Amino offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 60 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be in their original, unopened condition with all seals intact.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• A return authorization must be requested by contacting support@novaamino.com before shipping any items back.

Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. For payment methods involving manual or asynchronous processing (e.g., Zelle), refund timelines may vary.

7. Shipping & Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product descriptions. We prioritize your privacy throughout the fulfillment process.

All vials are shipped in tamper-proof packaging with shrink-wrapped seals and tamper-evident caps to ensure product integrity during transit.
