1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Platform Overview

Nova Amino operates an online platform that facilitates access to specialized materials and related resources. The Platform is intended for informational and transactional purposes only and is not a consumer retail service.

3. Lawful and Intended Use

You agree to use the Platform and any materials or resources obtained through it only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party requirements.

You acknowledge and agree that Nova Amino does not provide products or services intended for personal, household, or recreational use. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform and any materials obtained through it is appropriate and lawful in your jurisdiction.

Nova Amino makes no representations regarding suitability for any specific use and assumes no responsibility for uses outside the scope of the Platform as presented.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to access or use the Platform.

5. Orders and Payment

Placing an order through the Platform constitutes an intent to complete payment using the selected payment method.

Some payment methods may involve manual or asynchronous confirmation. In such cases, orders may be created prior to payment confirmation and processed once payment is verified.

Nova Amino reserves the right to cancel, delay, or refuse any order at its discretion, including in cases of payment issues, availability constraints, or compliance concerns.

6. Returns & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Nova Amino offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be in their original, unopened condition with all seals intact.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• A return authorization must be requested by contacting support@novaamino.com before shipping any items back.

Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. For payment methods involving manual or asynchronous processing (e.g., Zelle), refund timelines may vary.

7. Shipping & Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product descriptions. We prioritize your privacy throughout the fulfillment process.

All vials are shipped in tamper-proof packaging with shrink-wrapped seals and tamper-evident caps to ensure product integrity during transit.

Shipping insurance

Our free shipping insurance is the carrier's built-in coverage (USPS Ground Advantage or UPS). It covers loss or damage while the package is in the carrier's custody, up to $100 per package. It does not cover a package the carrier has marked delivered that is later lost or stolen.

To open a claim, email support@novaamino.com with your order number: within 48 hours of delivery if the package arrived damaged, or within 30 days of the ship date if it never arrived. We file the claim with the carrier for you.

9. SMS/Text Messaging Program

If you text our support number, (323) 310-4378, you agree to receive replies in that conversation. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in at checkout or on our site, you agree to receive text messages from Nova Amino LLC at the number provided. Message types include order updates (order received, payment received, shipped, delivered, and cancellation notices) and, if you opt in separately, flash-sale and promotional alerts. Message frequency varies with your order and marketing activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Reply STOP (or PARAR) to any message to opt out at any time; reply START to resume order-update texts. Reply HELP (or AYUDA) for help. You can also opt out or get help by contacting support@novaamino.com or texting (323) 310-4378. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text-messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number and messaging data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Amino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Platform.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Modifications to the Platform or Terms

Nova Amino may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
