How you opt in
We only text you if you text us first or tick an optional box. There are three ways, and these are all the ways we use:
1. You text us
Our support number is (323) 310-4378, published on this page and in your novaamino.com account (the "Text us" button). When you text us, you agree to receive replies in that conversation. We answer right away with a short message, then a team member replies in the same thread. We do not add you to any other list.
2. At checkout: "Order updates by text"
On the address step of the novaamino.com checkout, under your phone number, there are two optional boxes. The order-updates box is pre-checked (you can untick it) and neither is required to buy. Exact words:

"Privacy Policy" and "Terms of Service" link to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The flash-sale box is separate, unchecked by default, and records a separate marketing consent; we do not send marketing texts today.
3. On the order’s payment page
If you did not tick the box at checkout, your order’s payment-instructions page offers the same updates with an optional box, unchecked by default. Exact words (with the last 4 digits of your phone):

What we send
Order updates: order received, payment received, shipped (with a tracking link), delivered, or cancelled. No text ever asks you to pay. The first text to your number says how to opt out. Examples:
- “Nova Amino: we received your order #1234. We'll text you when it ships. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
- “Nova Amino: payment received for #1234. We'll text you when it ships.”
- “Nova Amino: #1234 shipped via USPS. Track: [tracking link]”
- “Hi! Thanks for reaching out to Nova Amino. What can we help you with? Reply 1 for an order, 2 for a product question, 3 for something else, or just tell us. ¿Prefieres español? Responde ES. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP (also CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or PARAR in Spanish) to any text to stop; we confirm once and send nothing more. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP (or AYUDA) for our name and a support contact, or email support@novaamino.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number stays private
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use them only to send the messages described here, through our messaging provider.
